RESOLUTIONS

MULTIPLYING DISCIPLES

Evangelize, Edify, Equip, Empower

•Making EE as a way of life, both personal and family

•Church leaders are actively involved in EE activities

•Church EE program is integral part of church budget

•EE is integrated in the total church ministry

•Church workers are EE trained

•A designated core group for EE ministry is established

•Regular and continuous prayer for EE ministries is maintained

•Implementation of EE local semesters training and other activities every year is sustained

MULTIPLYING LEADERS

Measures to Build Multiplication of Leaders

•Equip them properly

–Careful selection (calling, character, credential, competencies and commitment)

–Develop homegrown leaders

–Proper content (head, hand, heart)

•Empower persuasively

–Presence of the Holy Spirit

–On-the-Job Training

–Mentoring and coaching (relational not mere instructional)

•Engage proactively

–Giving them time (intentional)

–Provide opportunities

–Develop team spirit

MULTIPLYING CHURCHES

•Pray, Pray, Pray

•Incorporate EE in other outreach activities (medical missions, home bible studies, visitation, film showing, family health education service)

•EE as part of the curriculum in equipping leaders and members for church planting

•The follow up of new believers in strategic church-planting areas is essential to evangelizing in order to multiply churches

•Regular and frequent giving for missions / church planting

•Defined and disseminated mission and vision statement

•Over-all leadership is committed in the use of EE as part of church planting

•Over-all leadership embraces that the best way to fulfill the Great Commission is by planting new churches

MULTIPLYING TERRITORIES

•Establish and recognize Provincial Contact Person (PCP) in every province.

•Organize regular EE Alumni Fellowships.

•Establish network of churches that will assist to jumpstart EE in regions where EE is weak

•Organize mission trips that will conduct special clinics in regions where EE is weak

•Provinces with strong EE ministry adopts a city/municipality/town and assist in helping them develop a strong EE ministry.

•Establish and strengthen relationship of EE implementing churches and EE Field Coordinator through constant communication and updating.
